The requests

What a request includes

Each request comes from a homeowner who filled out our quote form and agreed to be contacted about their project. It carries the details you need to call back with a useful first answer.

  • Name, phone, email and address
  • ZIP code
  • Garage size
  • Current floor condition
  • Finish they are interested in
  • Timeline
  • Whether they own the home
Matching

How matching works

Requests are matched by service area and project details such as garage size and timeline. You only receive a request if you serve that area. Each request may go to up to four partners, and the homeowner chooses who to hire.

Some requests are routed through lead distribution platforms that connect us with installers.

Your part

What homeowners expect from you

Homeowners are told that partners are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing and work, and that they should check those before hiring. Be ready to show your license, insurance and references.

  • Call back promptly
  • Honor opt-out requests right away
  • Quote in writing
Questions

What installers ask

What does it cost to receive requests?

Pricing and terms for installers are not set yet. Get in touch and we will share them when they are ready.

Which areas do you cover?

We are still building coverage. Tell us where you work and what you install.

Is there a sign-up form?

Not yet. For now, start on our contact page.

What if a homeowner opts out?

Partners who received a request are notified of an opt-out and must stop contacting that homeowner. See our consent page.
